The bondsman was Henry Minges and the witness was "Mic Cline". ii. (son) Whitney, b. ca. 1804-1810. This was perhaps Family:Whitney, Branson (c1812-a1850). iii. (daughter) Whitney, b. ca. 1804-1810. iv. (daughter) Whitney, b. ca. 1804-1810. v. (son) Whitney, b. ca. 1810-1820. This could perhaps be Demsey Whitney, b. ca. 1813, NC. vi. (daughter) Whitney, b. ca. 1810-1820. vii. (daughter) Whitney, b. ca. 1810-1820.

Was one of his daughters perhaps the Nancy Whitney who m. 30 Jul 1828, Burke Co., NC, Elijah Jackson? They removed to KY, and had son James H. Jackson. They were the ancestors of WRG member Karen K. Jackson-Hazley.
Was one of his daughters perhaps the Elizabeth Whitney who m. John Eaton? They obtained a marriage licence 30 Nov 1840, Lincoln Co., NC. The bondsman was "Branson Whitney" and the witness was "H Cansler, Clerk of Court".
