He married secondly, about 1924, Eda Mae (Turner) Ramsey, daughter of John Lewis and Martha Frances (Coleman) Turner. She was born 24 May 1893, Hancock Co., TN, and died 18 Nov 1933, Concho, Fayette Co., WV. She had married firstly, 12 Feb 1911, Hancock Co., TN, Alonzo Davis Ramsey, from whom she was divorced.

He married thirdly, 1934, Fayette Co., WV, Belle (Coleman) Tyler, daughter of Henry Fitts and Martha T. (Parkey) Coleman. She was born 8 Oct 1891, Hancock Co., TN, and died 1981, Oak Hill, Fayette Co., WV.
