Thaddeus7 Whitney (Abel6, Timothy5, Jonas4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of Abel6 and Elizabeth (Spenny) Whitney, was born 13 Mar 1791 (twin), Guilford, VT, and died 16 Aug 1855, Granville, MA, aged 73 years.[1]
He married, 7 Oct 1818, Guilford, VT, Rhoda Greenleaf,[2] daughter of Daniel and Huldah (Hopkins) Greenleaf. She was born 6 Aug 1796, Guilford, VT.
He married secondly, before 1855, Mary -----. She was born about 1793, and died after 1855.

i. Charles8 Whitney. ii. Edward Whitney, b. ca. 1836, Guilford, VT; m. 29 Dec 1861, Halifax, VT, Mary Laddy/Leddy, both of Greenfield, MA, b. ca. 1839, Ireland, dau. of Thomas Laddy/Leddy.[3]
