Asa D.8 Whitney (Edward Woods7, Timothy6, Thomas5, Thomas4, Eleazer3, Thomas2, John1), son of Edward Woods7 and Lydia (Drury) Whitney, was born about 5 Sep 1835, Athol, MA, and died 28 Nov 1893, Worcester, MA, aged 58 years 2 months 23 days, of chronic bronchitis.[1]
He married firstly, 1 Jan 1857, Athol, MA, Emily A. Miller, daughter of Isaac and Asenath (Drury) Miller.[2] She was born about 1834, Swanzey, NH, and died 22 Apr 1877, Worcester, MA, aged 42 years 5 months, of pneumonia.[3]
He married secondly, 14 May 1878, Worcester, MA, Mary E. Morse, daughter of Samuel and Ruth (Drury) Morse.[4] She was born 17 May 1850, Yorkshire Center, NY, and 28 Jul 1912, Worcester, MA, aged 62 years.[5]
