He married secondly, 16 Feb 1881, Boone Co., AR, Matilda Edgemon. She was born Feb 1863, AR, and died after 1900. They were divorced. She married secondly, before 1900, Alfred C. Appleby.

He married thirdly, 14 Feb 1899, Boone Co., AR, Luna Louisa (Maxey) Lucas, daughter of Franklin Clark and Rachel Mabel (Downs) Maxey. She was born Jul 1865, IL, and died after 1920. She had married firstly ----- Lucas, and had son Hugh M., born Jul 1889, TX.
