He married, 22 May 1869, Waterbury, VT, Lucy Ann Burley/Burleigh, daughter of Haverhill Smith & Chastina P. (Towne) Burley.[3] She was born about 1853, Stowe, VT, and died 18 Jan 1940, Waterbury, VT. She was buried in Waterbury Center Cemetery, Waterbury Center, VT.[4]
