Family:Whitney, Stephen Velasco (1849-a1880)

Stephen Velasco¹⁰ Whitney (Joseph Winchester⁹, Stephen⁸, Moses⁷, Samuel⁶, Samuel⁵, Nathaniel⁴, Nathaniel³, John², John¹), son of Joseph Winchester⁹ and Lucia (Halladay) Whitney, was born 10 Jul 1849, and died between 1880 and 1900.

He married, 25 Feb 1875, Brattleboro, VT, Lucy Adelaide (Carey) Fessenden, daughter of Luther and Laura (Barnes) Carey.^[1] She was born about 1853, NY, and died after 1900.

He was a soap maker.

ii.	Anna Belle Whitney, b. 9 Apr 1876, Greenfield, MA;[4] "Bell" d. 12 Aug 1877, Deerfield, MA, aged 1 year 3 months 5 days, of cholera infantum.[5]
