He married, 31 Mar 1877, Waltham, MA, Laura Etta Adams, daughter of John M. and Laurietta (Goodwin) Adams.^[3] She was born 24 Sep 1857, Waltham, MA, and died after 1884.

iii.	(son) Whitney, stillborn 7 Dec 1888, Waltham, MA.[8]
