William W.6 Whitney (Ebenezer5, Jason4, Mark3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Ebenezer5 and Joanna (Law) Whitney, was born 24 Sep 1842, Natick, MA,[1] and died 28 Oct 1914, Farmington, NH, aged 73 years 1 month 3 days, of chronic intestinal nephritis.[2]

He married, about 1870, Julia A. Pinkham, daughter of Thomas and Adeline (Hodgdon) Pinkham. She was born about 1853, NH, and died after 1880.

a. Ora Winifred8 Whitney, b. 12 Nov 1909, Haverhill, MA;[5] d. 29 Aug 1910, Haverhill, MA, aged 9 months 17 days, of tubercular meningitis.[6]
