I believe it is now out of business. I was born and raised about 25 miles East of Peoria and on a warm summer evening it was not unusual to smell the mash at home! My grandmother was a Whitney but I'm not aware of any tie in to the Hiram Walker line referenced. I'd certainly be interested if there is a connection. John
