DNA & Family records

You and my father are 2nd Cousins (your father and my grandmother are 1st cousins). That makes you and me 2nd cousins once removed.
I've put many of our branche's records online at Ezra-6 Whitney Family so you might want to check there.
As far as the DNA goes, simply go to this website and select one of the three Y Chromosome tests. The 12 marker test is $99 and will give minimal information - just enough to verify that we are of the Jon Whitney branch. The other two tests - 37 & 67 markers give more information that could be helpful. I am the DNA project Co-Administrator with Whitney Keen, so you can ask either of us. We'd love for you to join the DNA study!
