William Whitney, parentage unknown (but see Notes below), was born circa 1819, MA, and died after 1870 and before 1880.
He married, say 1847, Sarah Ann Scott. She was born circa 1827, MD, and died after 1880.
Children of William and Sarah Ann (Scott) Whitney:
i. Harriet Whitney, b. ca. 1849, OH; m. Frank Bird. ii. Josephine Whitney, b. ca. 1851, OH; m. Norton Alexander, b. ca. 1846, IN. - Ch: Fredrick Alexander, b. ca. 1872, IN.
iii. William Whitney, b. ca. 1862, OH; d. after 1880; m. Jessie Dumont.
Notes
