Levi B.8 Whitney (Moses7, Moses6, Ephraim5, Moses4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of Moses7 and Sarah (Hamlin) Whitney, was born 1 Sep 1809, Raymond, ME,[1], also recorded 1 Sep 1810, Waterford, ME, and died 21 Jun 1892, Standish, ME, aged 81 years 9 months 20 days, of apoplexy.[2] He was buried in Hamlin Cemetery, Standish, ME.[3]

He married, 13 Oct 1832, Waterford, ME, Abigail R. Wilkins, daughter of John and Abigail (Kimball) Wilkins. She was born 30 Jun 1804, Waterford, ME, and died 25 Dec 1884, Standish, Cumberland, ME. She was buried in Hamlin Cemetery, Standish, ME.[4]
