Moses Gill⁶ Whitney (Josiah⁵, Richard⁴, Richard³, Richard², John¹), son of Josiah⁵ and Sarah (Dwelly) Whitney, was born 4 Feb 1791, Harvard, MA,^[1] baptized 2 Oct 1791, Acton, MA, and died 1876.

He married, before 1815, Ann Shields. She was born about 1792, VT, and died Mar 1870, Bennington, VT, aged 78 years of pneumonia.^[2]

He resided Bennington, VT.

Farnsworth, b. 6 Dec 1820, West Hartford, CT, d. 13 Jul 1894, Chicopee, MA, aged 73 years 7 months 7 days, of carcinoma, dau. of Horatio and Ruth (Woodruff) Farnsworth.[8] He resided Chicopee, MA.
