Thomas Whitney (John, John, John), son of John and Isabel (-----) Whitney, born say 1580, died after he wrote his will 8 Oct 1658 and before it was probated, 28 Jan 1658[/9].
He married Joan -----.
Children:
i. William Whitney, named in his grandmother's will. ii. Thomas Whitney, of Henton, parish of Chinnor, baptised March 3, 1604-5. Co-executor of his father's will; administrator of his mother's estate. His will, dated Dec. 22, 1691, was proved at Oxford. - Ch: Thomas Whitney, co-executor of his father's will. Was he the Tho Wittney who m. Eleanor Howse, 1668, Chinnor, Oxfordshire? (IGI)
iii. Richard Whitney, bap. Oct. 23, 1623. iv. John Whitney, died after 1658 when he was listed in his father's will. v. Lawrence Whitney, died after 1658 when he was listed in his father's will. - Ch: Thomas Whitney, died after 1658 when he was listed in his grandfather's will.
vi. Mary Whitney, m. at Chinnor, Nov. 5, 1635, to John Barton, of Thame. She died after 1658 when she was listed in her father's will. vii. Martha Whitney, m. ----- Biggs. She died after 1658 when she was listed in her father's will.
