Nathan5 Whitney (Thomas4, Eleazar3, Thomas2, John1), son of Thomas4 and Hannah (Smith) Whitney,[1] was born 23 Jul 1726, Watertown, MA,[2] baptized 3 Mar 1728, Watertown, MA,[3], and died after 1773.[4]

He "of Spencer-District" married 20 Feb 1754, Grafton, MA, Abigail Marstass "of Grafton."[5] She was born say 1733.

Children of Nathan5 and Abigail (Marstass) Whitney:

i. John6 Whitney, b. 6 Sep 1754, Spencer, MA; m. Joanna Hamilton.
ii. Nathan Whitney, b. circa 1756; m. Eunice -----.
iii. Eleazer Whitney, b. circa 1758; m. Martha Crozer.
iv. Jonathan Whitney, b. 16 Jul 1761, Spencer, MA; m.(1) Mary Woodard; m.(2) Lucy Woodard.
v. David Whitney, b. 2 Oct 1762, Brookfield, MA; b. 2 Oct 1763, Brookfield, MA; d. 17 Sep 1838, Bolton, MA.
vi. Esther Whitney, b. 26 Jan 1766, Brookfield, MA.
