Peter Lambert8 Whitney (William7, Peter6, Aaron5, Moses4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of William7 and Zilpah (Eager) Whitney, was born 23 Nov 1818, Northborough, MA.[1]
He married 27 Nov 1845, South Boston, MA, Mary H. Smith. She was born 12 Feb 1826.
He was at one time an engineer in the Charlestown navy yard; resided South Boston, MA, 330 W. 3rd. St.
Children of Peter Lambert8 and Mary H. (Smith) Whitney:
i. Mary Adams9 Whitney, b. 26 Apr 1847; m. 5 Dec 1868, Albert Hiram White. - Ch.: Leah Mabel, b. 1 Feb 1869; Albert Foster, b. 6 Apr 1871; resided 135 K St., South Boston.
ii. Abby Foster Whitney, b. 19 Jan 1850; d. 24 Aug 1850.
