Ebenezer6 Whitney (Zachariah5, Zachariah4, Ebenezer3, Richard2, John1), son of Zachariah5 and Sarah (Stanton) Whitney; born Mansfield, Connecticut, 28 May 1762; married in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, 18 Dec 1786, Rachel Perne Rawson, of Uxbridge; born Mendon, Massachusetts, 3 Apr 1764; died Montague, Massachusetts, 15 Nov 1819; married 2d, 24 Feb 1821, Lavinia Burnham Potter; born 25 Jan 1788; died 30 Nov 1866.
