James Odell¹⁰ Whitney (Increase B.⁹, Thomas G.⁸, Ephraim⁷, Moses⁶, Ephraim⁵, Moses⁴, Moses³, Richard², John¹), son of Increase B.⁹ and Priscilla (Ridlon)(Jones) Whitney, was born about 1857, Casco, ME, and died 2 May 1942. He was buried in Gray Village Cemetery, Gray, ME.

He married 2 Oct 1876, Gray, ME, Flora I. Foster. She was born about 1861, Gray, ME, and died 5 Dec 1926, Gray, ME.
