Family:Whitney, John (s1783-a1860)

John⁷ Whitney ([poss.] John⁶, Nathan⁵, Thomas⁴, Eleazer³, Thomas², John¹), possibly son of John⁶ and Joanna (Hamilton) Whitney, was born say 1783, and died after 1808.

He married, 29 Nov 1804, Readsboro, VT, Lois Amidon, daughter of Samuel Amidon.

ii.	Warren Whitney, b. 20 Oct 1806, Readsboro, VT.

• 1850, Marcellus, Onondaga Co., NY: Worthy Whitney. This was his son.
