Clarence Fred9 Whitney (Ira8, Asa7, Eleazer6, Nathan5, Thomas4, Eleazar3, Thomas2, John1), son of Ira and Mary Ann (Puffer) Whitney, was born 13 Apr 1860, Stamford, VT,[1] and died 14 Mar 1924, Seattle, WA.
He married, 1 Aug 1893, VT, Effie Harris. She was born in Stamford, VT.

i. Roger A.10 Whitney, b. ca. 24 Mar 1894, Stamford, VT; d. 29 Aug 1900, Williamstown, MA, aged 6 years 5 months 5 days, of cerebro spinal meningitis.[2]
