Albert N.6 Whitney (Abiezer Holbrook6, Nathan5, Benjamin4, John3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Abiezer Holbrook6 and Elizabeth (White) Whitney, was born 20 Jun 1821, Bowdoin, ME,[1] and died 18 Dec 1881, Monson, MA,[2] aged 60 years 6 months, of disease of the kidney, stonecutter.[3]

He married, 14 Mar 1852, Blue Hill, ME, Abby N. Saunders,[4] daughter of Isaac and Abby (Grindle) Saunders. She was born 22 Jun 1835, and died 19 Oct 1902, Acorns Haverford, PA.

v. Julia Annie Whitney, b. 20 Dec 1864; d. 27 Jul 1941, Sunset, ME.
vi. Havilla Lilla Whitney, b. 8 Sep 1867, Blue Hill, ME; d. 6 Mar 1940, Sharon Hill, PA; "Lilla D." m. 26 Jun 1893, Monson, MA, Stephen Brown Knowlton, of Philadelphia, PA, b. ca. 1868, Deer Isle, ME, son of Henry W. and Sarah S. (Small) Knowlton.[5]
