He "of Petersham" married, 31 Oct 1765, Petersham, MA, Elisabeth Kimball "of Fitchburg",[2] daughter of Amos and Dorothy (Hazeltine) Kimball, born 20 Apr 1745, Lunenburg, MA, and died 4 Sep 1784, Royalston, MA, aged 40 years.[3]
- He resided Phillipston, VT, but birth of children also indicates that he lived for at least a time in Templeton, Worcester, MA. He lived at Phillipston, VT.
