He married, 22 Nov 1848, Franconia, NH, Alzina Jesseman,[1] probably daughter of John and Lydia (Quimby) Jesseman. She was born about 1836, NH, and died 10 Mar 1890, Franconia, NH, aged 63 years.

Their gravestone in the Willow Cemetery, Franconia, NH, reads:
