Dwight Adams9 Whitney (John Martyn8, William7, Peter6, Aaron5, Moses4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of John Martyn8 and Susan Maria (Campbell) Whitney, was born 25 Jul 1848, New Haven, CT, and died 11 Oct 1924, New Haven, CT.

He married, 16 May 1872, Adelia Risley Robbins. She was born 14 Mar 1844, and died 5 Feb 1910, aged 70 years.

Both were buried in Westville Cemetery, New Haven, CT.[1]

He is in the provision business; resided New Haven, CT, 122 Poplar St.
