He married, 24 May 1905, Newton, MA [also recorded at Wellesley, MA], Nellie Gertrude Seaver, dau. of Joshua H. and Ida E. (Turner) Seaver.[2] She was born about 1883, Newton, MA, and died after 1909
Children of Josiah Fairbanks10 and Nellie Gertrude (Seaver) Whitney:
i. Loring Fairbanks11 Whitney, b. 4 Sep 1909, Wellesley, MA; d. 4 Sep 1909, Wellesley, MA, aged 1 hour, of open foramen ovale; but St. Mary's, Newton Lower Falls.[3]
