Cyrus A.⁷ Whitney (Isaac⁶, Abner⁵, Jonas⁴, Eleazer³, Thomas², John¹), son of Isaac⁶ and Polly (Fairbanks) Whitney, was born 17 Jul 1832, Springfield, VT,^[1] and died after 1880.

He married, 14 Jun 1860, Berlin, VT, Jane B. Carr.^[2]
