Emory7 Whitney (Jacob6, Richard5, Richard4, Richard3, Richard2, John1), son of Jacob6 and Lois (Hapgood) Whitney, was born 1 Oct 1791, Harvard, MA,[1] and died 3 Feb 1876, Le Roy, NY.
He married firstly, 27 May 1817, Lydia Locke. She was born 7 Dec 1791, and died May 1835.
He married secondly, Feb 1836, Thankful G. Morey. She was born 2 May 1806, and died 26 Mar 1883.
He was a cordwainer. He resided Le Roy, NY.
