Nathan8 Whitney (David7, Silas6, David5, Benjamin4, Thomas3, Thomas2, John1), son of David7 and Sarah (Wilson) Whitney, was born 1793, Clarendon, VT, and died 7 Apr 1848, Franklin, VT, aged 55 years. He is buried in East Franklin Cemetery, East Franklin, VT.[1]

He married, 2 Jan 1817, Rutland, VT,[2] also reported as Clarendon, VT, Abigail8 Whitney, daughter of Oliver7 and Abigail (Crampton) Whitney. She was born about 1792, Canada, and died 18 Sep 1849, Franklin Co., VT, aged 57 (but gravestone says aged 50 years). She is buried in East Franklin Cemetery, East Franklin, VT.[3]
