Family:Whitney, Benjamin (c1794-a1824)

Benjamin Whitney, (Samuel Kellogg, Benjamin), son of Samuel Kellogg and Grace (Fairweather) Whitney, was born say 1785, probably CT, and died after 1816.

He married Abigail Fancher, daughter of Square and Abigail (Abbott) Fancher.

Children of Benjamin and Abigail (Fancher) Whitney (possibly incomplete):

i.	William Whitney, b. ca. 1816, CT, m. Hannah Metcalf St. John.

Notes

While researching The Whitney family of Connecticut, David Williams Patterson collected information on this Whitney family. This material is currently located in the Connecticut Historical Society in Hartford, CT and is a bound manuscript of about 150 pages. It has not yet been examined by members of the Whitney Research Group.
