Preston Whitney (Joseph, [perhaps] Elijah, [probably] Francis, [perhaps] Joshua³, David², Samuel¹), son of Joseph and Rebecca (Poe) Whitney, born circa 1816, MO, and died sometime after 1850.

He married, circa 1840, Nicy Randol. She was born circa 1825, MO.
