Marriage intentions for him and Rachel Wheeler were published 18 Nov 1758, Acton, MA. He married, 20 Nov 1758 at Stow, MA, Rachel Wheeler "of Acton",[1] daughter of Hezekiah and Sarah (Buss) Wheeler. She was born on 3 Jul 1737, Acton, MA, and died after 14 Sep 1812, when she was mentioned in will of her son Hezekiah.
He was also known as Lias Whitney.
