He married 22 Mar 1785, Harvard, MA, Susannah Fletcher.[3] She was born about 1764, and died 12 Nov 1845, Harvard, MA, aged 81 years, of fever.[4]
He resided Harvard, Ashburnham, and Ashby, MA, 1786.
