In 1866 his parents moved to Milford, Kan., where he learned the miller's trade. In 1881 he moved with his family to Colorado Springs, Colo., and spent the succeeding four years there and in that vicinity. He then returned to Kan- sas and the miller's occupation. In 1890 he moved west again, and for want of any place further west to go to, stopped in western Washington, where he now is and henceforth will be; res. Cosmopolis, Wash. 9724. i. FRANK ARTHUR, b.
